The designer

Stefanie Nicolaou was inspired by the Native American Indian ‘Dreamcatcher’ and  allowed the mysticism and wisdom of the universe to manifest her thoughts into reality.

"Everything started with an intention of creating a bed which was followed by a strong vision of this 'circular floating DreamCatcher' with spiraling waves moving around it and upwards shaping a perfect cone. At the point I had no idea what materials to use and how I would eventually put everything together to make it a bed! I had no plan, but I knew that the next step would always reveal itself once I Quieted my questioning mind and Trusted my Inner wisdom, my inner knowing…

Technical difficulties were overcome one by one, and without realising it I arrived at the end; I manifested my vision into reality.

For me, the Dreamcatcher Bed is more than just a bed; it is my own personal time-traveling vehicle. Its powerful pendulum motion takes me to other dimensions, floating in the kingdoms of dreams."

How I like to work:

I see every project as an opportunity to create something absolutely unique, tailored to your personality and essence. I initially ask you to complete a form, which would help me get the general idea of what you are looking for and get you start dreaming! Each DreamCatcher bed project is special and it is absolutely inspired by You!

Once I have the form, I put together a proposal, which contains the design and a collection of fabrics and accessories for what we are looking to create. After we agree on the proposal, you can have your unique DreamCatcher bed within two to three weeks depending on the specifics of the project.

We can always arrange a meeting to view your space if necessary or a skype conversation so we can discuss the any further details!

I encourage you to allow your imagination to run wild and share with me your thoughts about your DreamCatcher bed, which can become your playground, your sanctuary, your altar, your relaxation nest or anything else you dare to envision!

I look forward to get inspired by you!
